Learn to Facilitate Sound With Integrity, Confidence, and Presence
Sound Bowl Club is a two-day, in-person sound healing training designed for those who want to work with crystal singing bowls responsibly, skillfully, and with nervous-system awareness.
This is not a weekend of shortcuts or spiritual performance. It’s a space to learn how sound is held, guided, and integrated, so you leave knowing why you’re doing what you’re doing, not just how.

Why Sound Bowl Club Exists
Sound Bowl Club was created from a deep respect for the power of sound—and for the people who choose to work with it.Sound can ground, regulate, and reconnect us to ourselves. When approached with intention, it becomes a tool for presence and care, whether you’re holding space for others or cultivating a personal practice of your own. This training supports both paths.
Some students are here to step into confident facilitation. Others are here to deepen their relationship with sound for personal regulation and embodiment. Neither path is more advanced than the other. Both deserve thoughtful guidance.Sound Bowl Club bridges intuition and education. We offer structure without rigidity, depth without pressure, and learning without performance.
You’ll gain a clearer understanding of how sound is experienced, by your body, your nervous system, and the space around you. This is a place to build confidence, trust your presence, and develop a practice that feels aligned and sustainable, whatever form that practice takes.

• You feel drawn to sound but don’t know where to start
• You already play bowls and want more confidence + clarity
• You care about doing this ethically and responsibly
• You want community — not just information
• You’re tired of fluff and want grounded, informed teaching

Sound Bowl Club is intentionally designed to feel grounded, spacious, and supportive.
-
In person — because sound is felt, not downloaded
-
Small-group — so there’s space for questions and integration
-
Embodied — learning through experience, not performance
-
Clear and professional — with structure, boundaries, and care
We focus just as much on how sound is held as how it’s played.
